Hedge Capital Partners was founded by our CEO & Group Managing Director Kabir Qureshi who brings a wealth of investment experience spanning over 15 years from QB Group / UK & International Real Estates and having also worked in the UAE / Dubai property market for some time. He is primarily focused on Fundamental Investment Analysis, Site Selection and Capital Structure Management.
TEAM
The Hedge Capital Partners Team is comprised of seasoned leaders with solid attention to detail and accustomed to operating under demanding timelines. The firm’s operational team consists of 4 Senior Development Directors each capable of managing 2-3 projects at various stages of completion. The firms Development Directors have between 10 and 30 years of relevant work experience (contract structuring, project management, procurement, logistics)
